Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use Merchify. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Artist Accounts & Content

Artists retain full ownership of their original designs.

By uploading designs, you grant Merchify a non-exclusive, royalty-based license to print, promote, and sell your designs on products.

You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Sales & Earnings

Artists earn a commission for every sale of their design. Commission rates are defined on the platform and may change with notice.

Payouts are processed monthly, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold.

All earnings are subject to applicable taxes and regulations.

Orders & Fulfillment

Merchify is responsible for printing, quality checks, packaging, and shipping.

Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary depending on location and logistics.

Refunds and replacements are offered only in cases of defective or damaged products.

Prohibited Use

Users must not upload or sell designs that include:

Hate speech, violence, or discrimination

Pornographic or obscene material

Stolen or copyrighted content without permission

Anything that violates local or international laws

Limitation of Liability

Merchify will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.

Changes to Terms
