All orders are shipped with EMS, our trusted logistics partner.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Artists’ custom designs may require additional time depending on approval and printing schedules.

Delivery Time

International deliveries: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Promotional free shipping offers may apply from time to time.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an EMS tracking number via email to follow your package status online.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities. Merchify is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will investigate with EMS and either send a replacement or issue a refund if eligible.
